Michael Heary is the son of our founder William Heary and has been around the industry since going on his first job with his dad at 4 years old. Michael spent his teens and early 20’s getting hands on experience installing systems for Heary Brothers Lightning Protection, Inc. Michael has over 30 years of real world experience of installation design and supervision of direct lighting strike systems.
William Hoyte started as an installation tech for Heary Brothers Lightning Protection, Inc. over 30 years ago. He has spent the last 15 years helping contractors install lightning protection systems, meeting required specifications and obtaining required certifications. His knowledge of standards and willingness to guide and help make him a leader in the industry.
